The English Department at Buffalo State College offers two graduate programs, the Master of Arts (M.A.) in Literature, and the Master of Sciences (M.S.) in English Education. Our graduate programs are distinguished by our small class and cohort sizes, the individual attention students receive from their faculty, and the rigor of our programs. Our alumni have gone on to pursue continued graduate study at the Ph.D. level, and have pursued careers in a variety of fields including Education (both 7-12 and higher education), and writing.
