English Education: Our Community
Buffalo State's English education program is a vibrant community connecting students, teachers, alumni, faculty, and other professionals in our field. Students work closely with the Western New York Network of English Teachers, a professional network connecting English teachers throughout the Buffalo-Niagara region. The English Education Student Association (EESA) is an active and engaged student-led organization. EESA supports new students through peer advising, networking, and community events. We work hard to help our students create meaningful connections with each other, local teachers, and our alumni so they may find support from our community throughout their careers.
